Are you a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor looking for a dynamic role in a rapidly growing company?
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our mechanical installation teams on commercial and data center projects. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate mechanical installations from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols
- Motivate and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in mechanical supervision within the building services industry
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification, relevant mechanical qualifications, and ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to safety
