We have a new opportunity for an Facilities Administrator to join our dedicated team in Wallingford.

As an Facilities Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our office whilst providing facilities/administrative support to the Senior Office Manager.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are kept organised and well stocked - there will be a considerable amount of manual handling.

  • Taking charge of managing the cleanliness of client meeting rooms.

  • Assisting with stationery orders.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained

  • Administration of security passes.

  • Performing other ad hoc related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Two year’s experience in a facilities administration role would be an advantage.

  • Good Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Have a flexible approach to work and be a self starter

  • A working knowledge of health and safety would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Must be able to be onsite 4 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford
