RECRUITMENT RESOURCER

REMOTE WORKING (HOWEVER APPLICANTS MUST BE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF CROWTHORNE DUE TO WEEKLY TEAM MEETING)

£25,000 - £27,000 UNCAPPED COMMISSION

We are actively looking to engage with experienced Permanent Recruitment Resourcers who are passionate about their work and can demonstrate a track record of having achieved/exceeded monthly, financial targets.

• We are a small team of two recruiters who thrive on working in the ever-changing world of recruitment and truly believe in our service.
• Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs. We are simply looking to entrust our recruitment resourcer to focus on fulfilling our clients’ vacancies with the right candidates.
• We are all about enjoying what we do, delivering for our clients and reaching or, even better, exceeding our monthly financial targets.

Candidates who apply MUST:

• Possess a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in permanent, agency recruitment
• Be able to work in a fast-moving recruitment environment
• Have a desire/ passion to earn beyond a basic salary
• Be professional, efficient and organised, with a self-motivated approach to work
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have confidence in showing initiative
• Have a passion to deliver
• Be able to demonstrate strong literacy and reasoning skills
• Be happy to mirror our flexibility as a business, by taking calls from candidates and clients outside of core working hours, if and when required
