Evolve are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading Healthcare organisation specialising in Ophthalmology. This roles involves managing and growing their optometry business within the South of UK. The successful candidate will drive sales excellence across their full product portfolio.

This is a full time permanent position.

Ideal Requirements for an Area Sales Manager

  • Must have experience working in optical sales (either currently, or previously)
  • APBI qualified is desired, however you will be required to complete this if not already held. 
  • Ability to present clinical data.

Role Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager

  • To conduct effective and challenging customer interactions which progresses account objectives and enhances partnership working.
  • To have a full understanding of the internal customers who could add value to the achievement of account objectives.
  • To create a clear and effective stakeholder map per account, including decision makers, influencers and access generators
