Job Title: Technical Hygiene Operator

Location: Kettering – A14, junction 8
Set Shifts: Monday to Friday 21.45-06.15 and 13.45-22.15
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Permanent and or temporary to permanent
As a Technical Hygiene Operator, you’ll play an important role for Little Moons Mochi Ice Cream.
You’ll work across all of the Hi Care production areas and be responsible for ensuring that all machines and surrounding area’s meet strict standards of hygiene at all times.
Pertemps are recruiting primarily for nightshift Operatives, however candidates interested in an afternoon shift 13.45-22.15 will also be considered.
You must have previous Hi Care experience within a food manufacturing environment to be considered.
Pertemps have both temporary to permanent and straight to permanent vacancies available.

Some duties of the role will include:
- Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
- Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples
- Deep cleaning of production areas
- Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed properly
- Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed
- Making sure that everything you do complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene
- Ensuring that cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times
- The ability to work effectively under pressure of time
- Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager.
