My new and exclusive client based in Kent is looking for a talented and experienced Transport Manager to join their team. This Transport Manager will need to hold a full and valid CPC license. You will be monitoring all vehicles MOT's and inspections in line with company policy. You will be learning from simply the best.

The role of this Transport Manager includes:

- Manage the company's transport operations and driver management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including transport and health and safety laws.

- Manage and monitor driver performance RE hours and qualifications, ensuring that drivers are properly trained and compliant with all relevant regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of all transport operations, including vehicle maintenance, MOT and repair and routine checks (monthly).

- Work with the live daily checking system and CRM for companies fleet.

- Check the drivers hours weekly (log book) and managing the emergency call out service works hours to ensure drivers are compliant.

- Complete external audits twice a year and work with external auditors for completion if needed.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on transport performance and compliance to senior management.

To be a successful Transport Manager you will have:

- Holds a full and Valid CPC licence

- Strong and reliable experience being a Transport Manager

- Highly desirable in the Civil Engineering background

- Completes and passes regular audits
