The role of a Public Sector Business Development Manager

is a newly created role and will be a fundamental part the Busineses ambitions to become the trusted go to supplier in the Public Sector market. You will be responsible for developing strong and meaningful relationships with public sector organisations with the aim of ensuring they adopt  Business Enterprise grade connectivity and complex solutions offerings.

The Public Sector Business Development Managers objective will be to grow new revenue streams and acquire new business customers through targeted sales activity. You will be tasked with delivering targeted levels of revenue through successful sales of  technology and service portfolio, in a professional and ethical way.

This will be achieved by targeted activity and business development strategies and capabilities you possess, utilising sales tools and methodologies that are delivered and logged in to the CRM system

We are looking for a motivated, experienced public sector sales professionals with a proven track record of sales success selling into Public Sector Organisations, such as Local Government, Higher Education, Healthcare, and wider citizen centric verticals.

You will have extensive knowledge of Public Sector frameworks, buying cycles and organisational process with a proven ability to successfully engage across multiple stakeholders, internally and externally/
 

Commercially Astute

Good knowledge of SDWAN/ Connectivity/UC/Hosted Voice solutions

Experience of selling in to Public Sector any verticals
