Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

My client is a reputable construction company specialising in high-end residential properties. Our projects involve waterproofing structures, preventing water ingress, and damp proofing.

Role: Multi-Trade Operative:

Experience Required:

• Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Carpentry: Skilled in carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and repairs.
• Electrical: Competent in electrical work, such as wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Waterproof structures, ensuring long-lasting protection against moisture.
• Address water ingress issues promptly.
• Damp-proof walls, floors, and basements.

Requirements:

• Clean Driving License: You’ll be traveling between sites, so a valid driving license is essential.
• CSC Card: Certification in Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
• Clear DBS Check: We prioritize safety and trustworthiness.

Compensation:

• Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
