Job Title: Finance Manager.
Location: Harrow.
Salary: Up to £55K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production and consolidation of UK monthly and statutory accounts.
- Oversee robust month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the reconciliation process, ensuring it meets audit requirements.
- Develop and manage relevant KPIs, enhancing business performance insights.
- Communicate complex financial data and insight in a clear way to senior stakeholders, including those limited finance expertise.
- Support the Group Financial Controller in cross-functional engagements and drive continuous process improvements.
About You
- The right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- A strong and demonstrable record of post-qualification experience in financial accounting within a dynamic business environment.
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain strong financial controls over multiple entities.
- Experience in the production and consolidation of accounts and month-end processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage, inform and influence financial and non-financial colleagues and teams.
- The knowledge, confidence and analytical skills to challenge senior management effectively with data and evidence.
