Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive / Social Media & Marketing Manager required for a global leading engineering manufacturer.

The successful Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive/ Marketing Coordinator will be developing, managing, and evaluating new, creative marketing campaigns and content as well as managing social media accounts and campaigns for a global leader of compressed air systems.
The successful Assistant Marketing Manager will ideally have experience in a marketing / social media position; however, we’d also consider recent Graduates in marketing.

Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive / Social Media & Marketing Manager Role

• Supporting the Aftermarket Manager and sales department with the delivery of commercial & marketing tasks for a global leader of compressed air systems.
• Provides fact-checking, copywriting, and formatting assistance.
• Creation of application notes, articles, editorials, mailers, fliers, website content, newsletters, e-shots, sales tools, and other promotional materials.
• Helps maintain social media accounts and market on Facebook Linked In and other social media platforms.
• Assistance with corporate videos and filming and planning promotional events.
• Monitor and analyse market and competitor information.
• Coordinate marketing actions with marketing managers worldwide.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Assist with preparation of documentation and planning of product launches.
• Occasional International travel to marketing meetings and exhibitions as and when required.
• Liaise with various engineering departments.
  
  
   
  Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive / Social Media & Marketing Manager Requirements
• Previous experience as a Marketing Executive in a manufacturing or engineering background. Social Media & Marketing Assistant or similar.
• Experience in a marketing / social media position.
• A marketing qualification or bachelor’s degree in marketing would be advantageous.

• Excellent writing and creative skills and Proficiency in IT required

• Travel when required.
• Willingness to travel to tradeshows, company events or customer sites across the UK and worldwide.
• A Bilingual candidate is beneficial as there is a lot of global work.
