The Role:

As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed 3D models and engineering drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Conducting simulations and analyses to ensure designs meet stringent performance and safety requirements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and procurement, to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
• Assisting in the prototyping and testing of mechanical systems, analysing results, and refining designs based on findings.
• Providing technical support during the production phase, addressing any design-related issues that arise.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, ideally within a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
