As an Unqualified Teacher, you will work in a supportive environment, guiding students through their learning journey. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities of Unqualified Teacher:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons across a range of subjects.
• Support the classroom teacher in managing student behaviour.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide 1:1 or group support to students who need extra help.
• Take responsibility for teaching lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and students.
• Work closely with the school team to ensure students' learning needs are met.

Essential Requirements of Unqualified Teacher:

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred.
• A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
• The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
• A willingness to learn and grow in the role of an Unqualified Teacher.
• A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
