One Step are working with a leading solicitor firm based in Somerset. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced Probate Fee Earner.
The ideal candidate must have Estate Administration experience.
A Probate Fee Earner duty would include:
- Continuing professional development by keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law
- Preparation of correspondence and documents
- Attending client meetings and deliver professional advice and work in accordance with the firms’ policies and requirements
- Preparation and administration for billing clients
Working days are Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.
