Our client, a leading travel organisation, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Resolutuion Agent to join their team in Chester. Salary: £23,500

Location: Chester - hybrid (must live within a commutable distance)

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday; 9am-5.30pm - requirement to work one Saturday every 8 weeks

As a Customer Resolution Agent, you will play an integral role in supporting our client's Sales Consultants, Clients, and Agent Partners. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sales, operational, administrative, and service support to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.
  • Checking and confirming that all booking components are accurately arranged and that clients' arrangements are well-considered.
  • Managing all necessary administrative functions, ensuring clients have all the required information at their fingertips.
  • Collaborating with supplier partners, communicating clients' requirements effectively.
  • Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer care, exceeding clients' expectations.
