We are working with a Regional Development business with annual turnover in excess of £75million per annum. They produce circa 200 units per annum across Essex, Herts and North London.

They are currently looking to appoint Site Manager to work under a Project Manager to deliver a scheme of 100 units (refurbishment) of a Grade II listed building with planning for a further 100 new build units in the grounds of this former public building just off the M11 at Saffron Walden, Essex.  

Suitable candidates will have 5 – 10 years experience in Cut & Carve, Restoration or Heritage schemes.

Experience Required:

  • You should be able to show clear knowledge of underpinning, steelworks, fit out and general aspects of cut & carve.
  • You will already have a track record that shows you are capable of producing quality results on time and within budget
  • Able to deal with clients
  • You will be a positive character with a desire to succeed and achieve positive results and repeat business
  • Have a proven with structural alteration experience
  • You should show an acute commercial awareness

Suitable candidates should also hold, CSCS Card ( Management ), SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection, and any other relevant certificates.

On offer is a basic salary of between £65,000 - £75,000 per annum plus £5,000 car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus and 25 days annual leave.
