We are super excited to be recruiting a French Speaking Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic London based team (Hybrid). 

About the Company:

Our forward-thinking client has developed a cutting-edge investment platform that allows for the secure holding and storage of precious metals, including Gold, outside the traditional banking system, with direct access to vaults. As their international business expands, they are seeking French-speaking Customer Service expert to join their London team.

Job Summary:

As a native / bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing HNW customer inquiries from initial contact through to transaction completion, ensuring that products are delivered and stored securely.

You will be part of a dynamic team who are led by a highly successful Entrepreneur who drive passion and success from the top.small - this is a career opportunity that would suit an ambitious individual on an upward career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide high-standard customer service via phone and email in both French and English
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Quotations: Prepare and manage precise quotations in a dynamic trading environment, proactively following up to enhance sales and customer relations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in London, Paris and Barcelona, including partnering with the sales team, to provide seamless support.
  • Shipping Coordination: Support customers with onboarding requirements and coordinate their shipping inquiries.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role ideally within an e-commerce or commodity/product environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French(native ideally)with fluency in English - NON NEGOTIABLE
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: High-level IT and analytical skills.
