HR Business Partner – North Region

£40,000 - £45,000/annum
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum with car allowance, plus 15% potential bonus
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs p/w Monday to Friday with flexible start and end times (core hours 9.30 am – 3.30 pm)
Location: As the role covers the North region the successful candidate could be based out of one of our Northern Clinics (which include Birmingham, Gloucester, Teeside and Lancashire) or at our St Albans Head office.  Travel is expected to each individual clinic in the region every quarter. 

We are embracing hybrid working with the expectation that the team will be in the office or clinics at least 3 days a week, working from home the other 2 days.

Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll be responsible for building an engaging, inclusive and high-performance culture and to ensure we deliver people strategies that build capability and meet our organisational priorities.

Your Responsibilities as a HR Business Partner: (include but not limited to)
  • Coach, advise, challenge and collaborate with line managers on approaches to people management and the application of employment law
  • Support Clinic managers in developing a collaborative working environment and retaining employees.
  • Act as a trusted partner for sensitive or complex employee cases providing employee relations advice where needed.
  • Work alongside clinic managers to support them in managing performance, skills development, conduct, capability, attendance issues. 
  • Collate and use data such as exit interviews to work with managers in addressing workplace issues including turnover and sickness and contribute to functional reporting.
  • Support managers with regards to staff training and led or contribute to staff training on HR related topics
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team with regards to recruitment and onboarding
  • Assist with general HR team projects. 
 
Preferred Candidates Will Demonstrate: 
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations within a busy HR environment, with strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and HRIS (we use success factors)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, backed by effective time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Must be able to drive and travel to locations across the region which include Birmingham, Gloucester, Nottingham, Rotherham, Lancashire and Teeside.
