We are delighted to support our client in their search for an Office Administrator, this is a permanent opportunity and will be based onsite in South Lanarkshire. 

Key responsibilities are detailed below but we would really love for you to be a whizz with PowerPoint, have the confidence to be present with the Senio Leadership Team and have an appetite for working in a fast-paced environment.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and coordinating work in the wider office environment.
  • To provide a professional and efficient front of house reception service, projecting a positive and professional image of the business at all times
  • To provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the members of the Senior Team, including the Chief Executive.
  • Conduct day to day office and administrative support activities.
