Role – E-Sports Lecturer
Location – York
Salary - Negotiable
Hours – 11 hours spread over Tues, Wed, Thurs
Start – ASAP
Expected end date - TBC
I am working with a fantastic college in York who is seeking a E-Sport Lecturer. They need someone to start this position as soon as possible. The BTEC L3 course includes modules such as Introduction to Esports, Esports Skills, Strategies and Analysis, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship in the Esports Industry, Health, Wellbeing and Fitness for Esports Players, Esports Events, Live-streamed. They require someone to teach 3 days per week which is 11 hours over Tues / Wed / Thursday – full pay for all 3 days to cover planning and prep time.
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CELTA, DTLLS, PTLLS)
- Teaching level 3 BTEC foundation and extended diploma - e-sports
- Good understanding of it and the career opportunities around it
