A lively Bristol branch of a multidisciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy, with 11 locations around the country, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
he new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of an established commercial team of 15, known for its excellent culture and frequent social events. The multi-disciplinary environment of the office offers daily interaction with a variety of interesting, friendly professionals.
The Manchester office has experienced remarkable, sustained growth, with numerous project wins, increased turnover, and a nearly doubled headcount in recent years.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain exceptional industry experience, working on a diverse range of projects, including Education, High-End Residential, Police, Healthcare, Prisons, Commercial, and more.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Experience:
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
- Basic Pre & Post Contract experience is ideal
- Valid UK Driving License
- The desire to work towards APC and obtain chartership
