Part-time adhoc work (term time only) - Regular Schools in Hull

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Breakfast and After School Club Lead to join our organisation on a casual as and when required basis. If successful, you will be assigned to a handful of schools in the local area to cover their Wraparound Care cover (Breakfast Club and/or After School Club).

The Role

The successful candidate should be flexible, adaptable and able to quickly establish themselves as part of a team. This role would work well for someone seeking adhoc hours around other commitments.

You will need to be available on standby for booking calls, be happy to teach across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and be happy to travel to both schools.

As a cover Wraparound Care Assistant with Vision for Education, most days will be different and exciting!  Most of the work you will do will be supervising the children and entertaining them whilst they await the start of school or being collected by their parents or carers, though there may be general duties such as cleaning and simple admin.

Requirements

  • Available 3-5 days per week
  • Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
