Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the A20C hoist to transport personnel, tools, and materials between floors.
• Ensure the hoist is in safe working condition by conducting daily checks and reporting any issues to site management.
• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain clear communication with ground staff and personnel.
• Control hoist speed and ensure loads are properly secured to prevent accidents.
• Assist with general site operations when hoist work is not required.
• Adhere to all site regulations and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating an A20C hoist or similar construction hoist.
• Valid CPCS Card with the A20C hoist category
• Strong understanding of construction site health and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with site personnel.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.
