Join our dynamic team as a “High Voltage Test Engineer” and play a key role in shaping the future of electrical testing for rotating plant systems. Whether you're a experienced Engineer and want to learn HV test or a  Seasoned professional Engineer with a passion for testing with 3+ years of experience, we have an opportunity that’s just right for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct both static and dynamic electrical tests on a wide range of equipment, from LV to HV.
  • Lead by example, promoting a strong "Safety First" culture within the team.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive electrical test records and reports.
  • Champion a "Right First Time" and "On Time Delivery" ethos to ensure exceptional quality.
  • Ensure the workspace and company materials reflect our high standards and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • HNC in Electrical Engineering (preferred but not essential for junior roles).
  • Experience with large rotating plant systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of “motor and generator testing methods”, including static and dynamic testing.
  • Strong analytical and fault-finding skills to tackle complex testing challenges.
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Competitive salary: £35k to train you (you will need good all round knowledge to be considered), up to £45k+ for experienced engineers.
