As a Lead Estimator, you will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team based at the Head office.

You will be entrusted with the complete responsibility for tender submissions, managing all aspects from pricing to technical details for tenders valued between £20-50 million.

Your role will involve overseeing tenders across various sectors including Retail, Logistics, Technology, and Commercial, throughout the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead and coordinate tender submissions, ensuring all components are accurately prepared and integrated.
• •Manage both pricing and technical aspects of tenders.
• •Present bids with confidence and commercial insight.
• •Protect and enhance bid submissions through technical expertise.

Candidate Requirements:

• •Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to the head office.
• •Minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, with significant exposure as a Lead Estimator or Principal Estimator.
• •Demonstrated ability to present bids confidently with commercial awareness.
• •Strong technical skills to safeguard and improve bid submissions.
