Senior Planner – Speke, Liverpool

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a large major nuclear energy project, working on infrastructure schemes in Liverpool

You will join an existing project initially, and then move onto a new nuclear project within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks business unit.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead the planning to deliver an NEC option C contract to build RC frame building
• Produce programmes for acceptance
• Analyse project metrics, in particular rates of work
• Support the commercial team
• Evaluate supply chain and subcontract programmes
• Develop the content and structure for tender programmes as required

Applicants but possess the following:

• Must have NEC contract based planning experience, within the UK.
• Will have familiar RC frame building knowledge
• Minimum of 5 years planning experience, within construction, nuclear or similar
• Previous construction experience, across a wide range of engineering projects, with a good understanding of commercial and contractual matters.
• Competency in the use of Primavera P6.

Hybrid working is an available option but there will be the requirement to go to site at least 3 days a week.
