Description: 

My client is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to work in their marketplaces team. This is an ecommerce role in improving sales and digital conversions. A suitable candidate will be given the opportunity to enter a thriving and rapidly growing business with aspirations for development in the forthcoming years.

What you will do… 

• Support the Marketplaces team in executing marketplace strategies. 

• Optimize product listings on marketplaces, including creating new listings, updating existing ones, and ensuring that all product information is accurate and up-to-date. 

• Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports and insights to the Marketplaces Manager. 

• Implement Iterative changes to improve basket conversion rates through the establishment of conversion rate optimisation, testing and measurement processes. 

• Stay up-to-date with Amazon and eBay policies and guidelines, and ensure that our marketplace activities are in compliance with these rules. 

Who you are… 

• Knowledge of marketplaces is desirable. In particular Amazon and eBay. 

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy. 

• You are someone that has a keen eye for detail and seeing where you can constantly improve 

• You have a strong interest in the world of ecommerce
