Our client already holds a huge presence in the mental health supported living sector and is rapidly growing, specialising in supporting adults with mental health needs, aged 18-65.

Good news! My client is looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team - We would love to speak with you, there's no harm in a phone call!
  • Up to £32,000 per annum - plus opportunity for overtime  
  • Deputy Manager will work closely with management to support staff, to promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community and advocate for your service users. 
  • Deputy Manager benefits inclusive of but not limited to:   
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management enrolment (if willing)
- Registered Manager and Responsible Individual for support in your role
