Mental Health Nurse

Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus (+ Enhancements)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to help provide high-quality, person-centered care and be part of a team striving for excellence.

Your Role

  • Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care.
  • Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
  • Support the implementation of nursing strategies and engage in continuous quality improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active NMC PIN with 12 months of post-qualifying experience.
  • Relevant clinical experience.
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to improvement and innovation.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to practice.

Shift Patterns

  • Day shifts: 7:30am - 8:00pm
  • Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8:00am
