Mental Health Nurse

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus (+ Enhancements)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to help provide high-quality, person-centered care and be part of a team striving for excellence.
Your Role
- Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care.
- Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
- Support the implementation of nursing strategies and engage in continuous quality improvement.

What We’re Looking For
- Active NMC PIN with 12 months of post-qualifying experience.
- Relevant clinical experience.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to improvement and innovation.
- Strong communication skills and a flexible approach to practice.
Shift Patterns
- Day shifts: 7:30am - 8:00pm
- Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8:00am
