Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with fitted fridges, including occasional off-site assignments
• Lead and mentor the fridging team, ensuring high technical standards
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for fridge installations
• Collaborate with customers to determine refrigeration system requirements
• Support the technical team in optimising fridge fits on new and existing vans
