Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of developing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and an ability to seek out new prospects & bring them onboard.
- Candidates need experience in large scale wired & wireless projects and ideally should have worked with vendors including Fortinet & HP Aruba.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio of accounts.
- Sales and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within your accounts, upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospecting: This role will include new business so candidates should be confident in their prospecting abilities.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, within the IT industry – having worked for an MSP. Proven experience in winning complex infrastructure and services sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of wireless, networking, and security solutions. Familiarity with cloud services is a plus.
