One of the UK's leading M&E companies is currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager for long-term projects in Oxfordshire.
Important Details:

  • Full-time: £75,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Hybrid
  • Reporting to: Operations Manager

Duties:

  • Oversee multiple projects with expected annual revenue of £30m.
  • Assist with tenders, attend interviews, and handover meetings.
  • Compile technical submittals, review subcontractor quotes, and manage procurement.
  • Plan/manage labour, monitor project progress, and produce progress reports.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to TClarke QA standards and industry regulations, attend audits.
  • Ensure compliance with H&S requirements, monitor safety inspections, and prepare H&S files.
  • Monitor project budgets, attend review meetings, and report on finances.
  • Produce O&M manuals, conduct subcontractor reviews, and attend lessons-learned meetings.
  • Support site supervisors and develop apprentices.
  • Attend meetings/functions to aid business growth.

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong knowledge of industry safety regulations (SMSTS, IOSH).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Asta Power-Project, Microsoft Project, and construction software (4P, COINS, Field view, SnagR).
  • Experienced in managing complex major and small projects simultaneously.
  • Holds relevant technical qualifications and skills.
