Architectural Technician – High End Residential
Location: Mawdesley
Salary: Up to £50K
A growing practice with over 18 years of experience in bespoke, high end, luxury residential projects across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Cheshire is seeking an Architect (Part 2-3) or Architectural Technician/Technologist. Specializing in high-specification homes, the company handles architectural design, planning, interior design, and project management from concept to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion.
- Design and present proposals using CAD, 3D models, and traditional methods.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and produce detailed construction specifications.
- Collaborate with external professionals and manage statutory approvals.
- Oversee onsite construction to ensure accuracy and alignment with plans.
Skills & Experience:
- RIBA or CIAT registered, with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Strong concept design skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Practical thinker with solid construction knowledge and attention to detail.
