Role Overview: Join a dedicated team of BIM professionals delivering high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• The BIM Information Manager will deliver federated 3D models and linked BIM data, including COBie.
• Conduct model validation checks and coordination reviews.
• Mentor early career professionals and improve departmental capabilities.
• Ensure BIM delivery compliance with industry standards and procedures.
• Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment.
• Support BIM courses and seminars.
• Prepare enquiry plans, tender reviews, and scopes of work.
• Validate modelling geometry and data.
• Chair BIM Coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Information Manager, or Technician.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Navisworks/Solibri for clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Understanding of ISO19650, PAS1192, and COBie data delivery.

Desirable:

• Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and commercial aspects.
• Ability to manage BIM software environments (3D, 4D, 5D, AR, VR).
