• Working Hours - 8:30 - 15:30, Monday - Friday
• Contract Length - Until end of term 6

anzuk are working with a specialised provision which provides brilliant opportunities for young people with Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to recruit a Learning Support Assistant! They are looking to add impactful talent onto their staff team and this Learning Support Assistant position will work closely with students with the intention of creating a positive attitude to learning in a safe environment. 

Mandatory Requirements

• A Valid right to work in the UK - Unfortunately sponsorship is NOT OFFERED for this role
• Live within 1 Hour Driving Distance
• Previous experience in either Education or Care sector
• Hold GCSE's in English, Maths and Science above a grade 5 (C)
• Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one 

About The School:

The school caters to students that have had a difficult start in life. Having experienced degrees of trauma previously, therefore they will need support in regulating emotions and understanding how their mind operates. Most students will have additional needs such as ASC and SLCN's also.

• Previous Teaching Assistant experience is preferred or for someone with experience in youth work or care who would like to move into education
