This role is integral to the production of high-quality mechanical, electrical, and electronic assemblies for cutting-edge underwater technology products. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, including Renewables, Environmental, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Naval industries.

This role is integral to the production of high-quality mechanical, electrical, and electronic assemblies for cutting-edge underwater technology products. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, including Renewables, Environmental, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Naval industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sub-assemblies and conduct electronic testing in line with build instructions to ensure full functionality.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, with the ability to relate them to board testing and programming functions.
- Fault find and report issues at the component level.
- Operate and maintain test equipment and various testing apparatus.
- Work accurately from CAD drawings and data packs.
- Carry out PCB rework, assembly, and cable assembly.
- Perform final acceptance testing and system configurations.
- A solid foundation in electronics, with a preference for candidates holding an HND in Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronic engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively within a production team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
