We are on the hunt for a dedicated Administration Assistant to join a team in a part-time role that could lead to a permanent position.

Position: Administration Assistant
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Flexibility: Choose your start and finish times! We’re looking for 5-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with a preferred schedule of 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll dive into a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a variety of general office tasks
  • Answering phone enquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Raising purchase orders and customer orders
  • Completing key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Data entry and more!

This role is perfect for those who thrive in busy settings and enjoy a mix of responsibilities!

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license (as the office is in a rural location)
  • A hardworking attitude and a friendly disposition
  • An excellent team player mentality
  • A great sense of humor to keep the workplace lively!
  • Strong IT skills to navigate various software applications

Compensation:
A competitive hourly rate of £12, with the potential for growth in a supportive environment.

This will be a temp to perm position but straight permanent can be considered if you are already in a permanent job.
