ICT Services Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate solutions to common IT problems to minimise disruption
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Assist users with hardware and software setups, including troubleshooting
- Maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and availability
- Set up user accounts and configure permissions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Manage IT assets and provide user guidance on best practices
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship in IT or previous experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, M365, Active Directory, and basic TCP/IP networking
This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday with hybrid working on offer 2 days per week.
