Are you an experienced and self-motivated professional with a passion for healthcare management? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading community complex care provider based in London, and we are currently seeking an experienced individual to take on the exciting role of a Registered Branch Manager.

Job Summary: As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of operational excellence, leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your leadership will play a crucial role in the 24-hour management of our service, shaping its growth and promoting a positive professional profile.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities for the Registered Branch Manager:
  • Assume the role of a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain budgets to achieve agreed targets.
  • Lead and develop a large team involved in the direct provision of care and support services.
  • Foster strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee recruitment, conducting supervisions, and appraisals.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems to promote high-quality, best practices, and continuous improvement of services.
  • Participate in the strategic development of the organization, identifying and developing strategies for planning and delivering quality, innovative services.
  • Represent the company during meetings with external stakeholders and professionals.
Key Skills and Attributes:
  • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care.
  • In-depth knowledge of legislation affecting health and social care.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Full driving license with the use of your own vehicle.

Qualifications & Training:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Branch Manager.
  • Minimum of Level 5 QCF in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
