Mobile Construction Plant Fitter/Engineer | South Yorkshire | 40-hour week with time and a half paid after 40 hours| £15.00 - £23.00 per hour, depending on experience

In your role as a Mobile Plant Fitter / Engineer you will have the chance to showcase your knowledge and skillset.

Our client was founded over 35 years ago. Starting with just 1 machine, the family-run plant firm now has over 450 in the fleet. Based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire and housed on an 11-acre site, employing over 150 staff, which includes call handlers, fitters, wagon drivers and operators.

Role Requirements

• Ability to work off own initiative
• Experience of excavators, dump trucks and small plant i.e., mini diggers
• Previous experience in construction plant hydraulics.
• An understands of electrics

Role Responsibilities

• Machine servicing.
• Onsite repairs and fault finding/Attending breakdowns and servicing plant.
• Diagnostics of issues and relaying problem to our foreman fitter.
