We are seeking a lovely Primary Teaching Assistant who is looking for their next adventure in an outstanding school based in the Rotherfield area.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve to their full potential. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Supporting the Teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Proving 1:1 support to students as well as in small groups and the full class at times.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and assisting with classroom management.
• Creating a safe and inclusive environment for every child to thrive.

• Someone who is an excellent communicator, nurturing, empathetic and patient.
• Able to work well within a team.
