I am seeking a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team based in Oxford.
You should be a creative and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer looking to lead the development of their next-generation products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, from initial sketches to final production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design process utilizing industry-standard CAD software like Autodesk, ensuring designs are both high-quality and production-ready.
- Thrive in an agile, fast-paced team environment, actively contributing to iterative design and development cycles.
- Manage prototype build processes, guaranteeing adherence to design specifications and functional requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and streamline manufacturability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development as a mechanical design engineer.
- Mastery of 3D CAD software, with proficiency in Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor
- Comprehensive knowledge of additive manufacturing techniques and rapid prototyping processes
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments with shifting priorities
