What You’ll Be Doing:

Automation Support: Provide expert support to customers, helping them implement and troubleshoot our advanced automation systems. Full training will be provided on our bespoke systems.

System Configuration: Install and configure automation software, ensuring smooth integration into customer environments.

Device Integration: Support the setup, configuration, and commissioning of connected devices to ensure they meet performance specs.

Network Optimization: Establish and test network communications to ensure our systems operate at peak efficiency.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal engineers and third parties to resolve complex technical issues.

Customer Training: Empower customers with the knowledge they need through comprehensive training sessions, both remotely and on-site.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Client-Facing Experience: You’ve worked in IT or system support roles and are confident in interacting with clients and end-users.

Automation Enthusiasm: A strong interest in automation technologies and processes, with a good understanding of TCP/IP networks, Firewalls, and related systems.

Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time, including the occasional overseas trip, as you help clients implement automation solutions.

On-Call Readiness: Be part of our on-call rota, ensuring clients are supported whenever they need it, with additional rewards for out-of-hours support.

Extra Skills That Make You Stand Out:

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or scripting languages like XML, XSLT, and ASP.

Knowledge of software used in industrial automation.

Proficiency in a foreign language is a bonus!
