Hello Education are looking to hire an enthusiastic & caring individual to work as a Teaching Assistant/Learning support Aid, within our Schools in the Teesside area. We are looking for someone passionate, who enjoys working with both, 1:1 and small groups.

Duties:

• Working on a 1:1 basis, or a small group of Children
• Working with children with a variety of SENd needs
• Ability to use different strategies to support learning and the needs of the child

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with SENd needs (desirable, but not essential)
• Must demonstrate a positive and willing attitude
• Patient, understanding and self-reliant
• Adaptable to changing situations and comfortable dealing with behaviour management, if needed
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel to different locations/Schools (desirable, but not essential)
