Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Dartford, Kent.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £42k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with an industry leading provider of Asbestos Management / Consultancy services across the UK. Due to consistent growth, they are now seeking to take on a qualified and driven Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Domestic, Local Authority, Commercial, and Industrial sites. This role would suit someone who can work well independently, carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical work in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. For the successful candidate, our client can offer opportunities for training and development, enrolment onto the company pension scheme, paid travel time and opportunities for overtime.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bromley, Erith, Gravesend, Chatham, Gillingham, Canterbury, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Croydon, Epsom, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Haslemere.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold industry relevant qualifications e.g., P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Undertaking the full range of asbestos surveys e.g., management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Carrying out analytical duties including: 4 stage clearances, airborne fibre counting, personal, background, leak & reassurance air monitoring.
" Auditing contractors on site.
" Ensuring to deliver high quality services in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites across the South East.
