Uncapped commission - first year realistic OTE £40,000 - £50,000

The Role:

• Full life-cycle/ 360 recruitment role
• Clients: cold calling, sales, sourcing leads, developing relationships, bringing in clients, relationship management
• Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
• Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle
