Site Manager - Cambridge - £Negotiable - Long term contract or permanent available
PWM is currently seeking an Electrical bias Site Manager to oversee various electrical "asset health" upgrades to substations and power generator/industrial premises, across Cambridge and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate for this role would be able to manage the delivery of the design, manage electrical subcontractors, testing, assurance, overseeing installation works and H&S on site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle, including internal and external reporting to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Coordinated all those involved for project planning and delivery, addressing client needs effectively.
- Managed project financials, including budget tracking and variations, while keeping accurate records.
- Conducted workshops and reviews to achieve best practices and team development, ensuring client satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensured compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards.
- Carry out site inspections as and when necessary.
- Prepared to travel.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a Site Management role.
- SMSTS/CSCS qualification (or equivalent).
- HNC in Electrical related subject (or equivalent).
- Experience within the Electrical/Infrastructure field in particular with LV across Power, Gas or Oil sectors.
- Ideally SCO91 trained, but not essential
