Job Title: Interim Property Surveyor
Location: Surrey
Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6-month contract
We are seeking an experienced Interim Property Surveyor to support a local authority with an initial focus on service charge reconciliation. The role involves completing around 30 reconciliations and will then evolve into managing and leading the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service charge reconciliation projects
- Collaborate with accounts to retrieve service charges
- Strong understanding of RSS Service Charge Code
- Oversee portfolio management post-reconciliation
Requirements:
- Expertise in service charge processes and reconciliations
- In-depth knowledge of RSS Service Charge Code
