MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVE WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION COVERING AREAS REDDITCH.
Job Title: Multi trade Operative
Location: Redditch and surrounding areas
Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour
Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.
Overview of Multi trade Operative role
- Social housing contract installing Kitchens.
- Multi trade scope of work on voided properties.
Responsibilities for Multi trade Operative role:
- You would be to be experienced in Kitchen installs/ plastering/ plumbing/wall tiling and decoration.
Requirements for Multi trade Operative role:
- Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi trade Repair and Refurbishment.
