An Exciting Opportunity Awaits for an Acquisitions Surveyor in Lincolnshire for a Private Sector company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Trading Sites
- Acquire Land
- Identify Sites
- Handle Transactions and Negotiations
- Agree Heads of Terms
- Work on a Retail portfolio
Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification is a must; Registered Valuer status is not mandatory.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Estates Management is essential, within a Local Authority context.
Work Arrangement:
- Enjoy a flexible work week with two days in-office presence and the convenience of remote work for the rest.
