Title: IT Support Technician
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Location: Preston
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to staff and students
- Work alongside the Senior IT Technician on site
- Take own initiative to stay up to date with new technologies and industry trends
- Assist with project work outside term time
- As part of a wider group, occasional support at other schools in the area may be required on an ADHOC basis.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an IT support role at 1st line or equivalent
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Exchange
- Software/Hardware diagnostic and repair
- Ticketing Systems
- Customer Service
